Anthropic Adds Reflect Analytics Dashboard to Claude

Anthropic has introduced Reflect, a new analytics feature for the Claude AI assistant. The tool provides users with specific usage metrics, including activity timelines and request breakdowns.

Feature Overview and Access

Reflect generates a complete report of user interactions with the model. The dashboard displays peak activity days and hours, total request counts, and a category-based distribution of prompts. Users can access the tool through the Settings menu by selecting the Reflect section. The interface includes a period selector that allows filtering data across one, three, six, or twelve months. The system requires approximately one minute to compile the analytics report.

Usage Pattern Tracking

The analytics module highlights shifts in engagement over time. Sample data indicates measurable drops in activity during scheduled breaks, followed by immediate increases upon return. The system identifies 13:00 as a consistent peak usage hour across work cycles. Task distribution metrics show content generation accounting for 55 percent of requests, review compilation representing 25 percent, and personal management tasks comprising the remaining 20 percent.
