Gentoo Media has appointed Måns Svalborn as its new chief financial officer. The igaming affiliate announced the executive hire on July 13, 2026, following the resignation of former CFO Mads Haugegaard Albrechtsen at the end of May.
Svalborn joins the company after spending over six and a half years as group CFO at Raketech. His previous positions include vice president of finance at Credorax and head of group regulatory financial reporting at Nordea. Gentoo Media engaged ESR Talent to coordinate the recruitment process.
Executive Transition
CEO Jonas Warrer highlighted Svalborn’s background in listed affiliate operations and financial management. Warrer indicated that the new CFO will assist in advancing the company’s long-term growth plan. Svalborn stated that his focus will center on supporting the team in generating sustained shareholder value.The executive appointment follows Gentoo Media’s first quarter financial report, which disclosed workforce reductions across the organization.
